The Bandit is WAY too standard, so to kick things off, i decided to make some mods to the exhaust, the usualy trick is to shorten, or “stubby”, the can, but its easy to copy other people, and i like to be different, so going to run the bike with NO CAN AT ALL… which means i need to make a curved, cone shaped baffle to stop it breaking shop windows in the high street, and keep the rozzers happy…..

Right before putting new exhaust on. Just to see how loud it would be. Sounded pretty good. Video doesn’t do it justice….

Just wanting to see how it sounds from the side of the road….

Here is the custom turn down shorty pipe I had made by the local muffler shop in town. It has a 45 degree bend down and chopped at an angle for a more aggressive look. They did a fantastic job at the bending and fitting of the pipe to clear the center stand as well. There are no baffles, no packing nothing just a pipe.
